As a talent in Sales & Marketing, you are responsible for positioning our brand and maximizing our reach. You develop creative ideas, find new markets and make sure our products remain economically successful. You are the sales engine for our media diversity: print and digital products, classic ads to innovative, target-group-specific advertising solutions – you bring them to the customers You need You believe what your customers really wanted, so you can convince with customized media concepts and offers Together with your team, you can track new market potentials and new customer opportunities in Wolfsburg and Gifhorn and grab them You keep your relationships active, keep everything up to date in the CRM and make sure no chance is lost You remain at the heart of the market: competition, trends, developments – you are testing, analysing and deriving concrete strategies that work and work

A completed commercial training or a comparable study, e.g. in the field of media, marketing or business, forms your basis First or multi-year experience in external services or media sales you have already collected The safe handling of CRM systems and MS Office is of course for you You convince with pronounced communication strength, negotiation skills and a secure occurrence in customer contact Own initiative, final orientation and a structured way of working complete your profile
