Welcome to the AlexA Senior Residence Rostock! Our facility offers 133 people in need of care a new home in four living areas. One of these residential areas, with 19 places, is specialized in the inhabitants of which there are ill. For their satisfaction, around 100 employees are on the move daily. Responsibility for daily dining in our house and support in menu planning Preparation and recipe-proof preparation of cold and hot dishes technical guidance and motivational guidance of employees:inside Importance, control of goods and professional storage Order of food Ensuring hygiene in compliance with HACCP guidelines

completed training to/to cook/kitchen multi-year professional and first leadership experience Creativity, joy in the profession and in dealing with people very good knowledge of food procurement, storage and processing pronounced customer:inside, service and quality orientation good knowledge of German (B2 level)
