Senior Project Manager Solar & Battery (m/w/d) Full time | Kolitzheim | Project Management | Fixed job As a project manager (m/w/d) for solar and battery projects, you keep all threads in your hands – from A like acceptance to Z like schedule. You coordinate teams, check the quality on site and make sure everything is running – safe, on time and on budget. Here you are the face to our partners, customers and service providers and reliably brings your projects to the network. Your thing? Then come to BELECTRIC and drive the energy transition with us! Responsibility for turnkey solar and battery projects over the entire life cycle to ensure that You are delivered in time, within the budget and in high quality Construction site visits to assess the construction work and monitoring of the progress of construction Coordination of all construction and commissioning and performance tests Representation of BELECTRIC to key stakeholders including the customer, ICPs, DNOs, subcontractors, landowners, OEMs, technical consultants, etc. Coordination of key project resources including the engineering team, the Quality Manager (m/w/d) on site as well as the subcontractors and suppliers Ensuring and complying with HSQE standards Support in the preparation of project tenders and preparation of specifications and the scope of work of subcontractors or suppliers for procurement Creating progress reports and taking responsibility for reporting on the project budget Identification and escalation of risks for the budget, process or quality at Head of Project Management (m/w/d)

Complete Bachelor in Engineering, e.g. Civil Engineering or Economic Engineering, or Comparative Qualification At least 5 years of experience in the above mentioned area Very good knowledge in the application of project management methods and processes Experience in renewable and traditional EPC projects Good knowledge of financial and knowledge of contract management Your IT skills: security in handling MS Office products, especially MS Project Must-have: Very good English and good German knowledge in word and writing Your soft skills: self-initiative, targeting, result and quality orientation, good presentation and persuasiveness as well as independent working and the ability to drive change processes General readiness
