Become an IT administrator (m/w/d)

Location: Kreissparkasse Soltau Entrance: from now on | Full time | Unlimited

So everything goes – safe, stable and usable for all. You ensure that our IT works reliably in everyday life: from user rights to end devices to support and security requirements. You work close to people, think solution-oriented and also contribute to exciting projects and the further development of our IT structures.

In your role as a (Junior) IT administrator:in you make sure our systems run reliably and are a central point of contact for all questions about our IT: You ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems and ensure the consistent implementation of our IT security policies. You administrate users:in and permissions in different applications and systems. You carry out fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on mobile devices. You take first-level support as well as problem management and ensure that challenges are quickly resolved and documented. You actively support the implementation of our IT strategy and introduce yourself pragmatically in the daily business.

A training or study with IT reference or a comparable qualification Enthusiasm for IT and the motivation to continuously expand your professional and practical IT know-how Basic knowledge of information security and data protection (or the willingness to process you quickly here) Ideally, first insights from the banking environment and commercial relationships – or desire to build this knowledge A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working, coupled with communication strength, service orientation, team spirit and initiative
