Maintenance: You are responsible for the maintenance, repair and safety review of the building infrastructure, in-house equipment and emergency repairs of all kinds. Communication: You regularly exchange with supervisors and colleagues. Administrative tasks: You manage and maintain the spare parts inventory. Voting: You coordinate foreign companies and service providers. Ready to call: You participate in cyclically changing call readiness. Continuing training: You are trained in annual training measures. Allrounder: You are still responsible for general activities in your area of responsibility to ensure smooth operation.

Training: You have completed technical training as an electrician/mechatronic or in a comparable field of work. Knowledge: You ideally have additional knowledge of mechanics / hydraulics and master the German language in word and writing. Experience: You have already gained experience in the field of maintenance and home technology. MS Office and Technology Affinity: You have good PC identifiers (div. diagnostic software, MS Office, ...). Competences: You bring a high degree of reliability, organizational talent, commitment, team spirit, flexibility and openness to new tasks. Commitment and independence: You work independently, responsibly, structured, conscientious, solution-oriented and have a very good time and self-management.
