In your new role as Inside Sales - Technical Specialist w/m/d in our technical sales service, you are instrumental in attracting customers with the appropriate offers for individual products or technically complex IT solutions in the data center or network environment. What awaits you: You are a contact person for our long-term existing customers and meet their requirements for the procurement of IT products. With the manufacturer tools, you will set up the appropriate configurations for the requirements and then obtain a tailor-made offer for our customers. As an expert:in you connect your knowledge about the product portfolio with the right manufacturers processes and tools. You have a look at what products are interesting for your customers, how the appropriate pricing looks and what process optimizations are possible.

Completed commercial/commercial-technical training or comparable qualification and ideally first professional experience in the IT sales service Interest in IT products and fun in compliance, design and optimization of processes Knowledge of popular MS Office applications Very good German knowledge and basic English skills If you're not sure if you meet all the criteria, do not apply.
