You support and represent the shift management in the technical and organizational management of the team and ensure smooth plant operation together. In doing so, you take over the responsible monitoring and control of our lithium-ion battery recycling plant and coordinate the supply of materials and product removal. You carry out important quality checks, record them in our ERP and LVS systems and actively participate in maintenance, cleaning and repair measures. Your experience helps you continuously improve our work processes and pay attention to compliance with all safety and quality standards within your layer. As a link between team and management, you actively contribute to achieving the production goals efficiently and creating a motivating working environment.

You have a completed technical training, for example as a machine and plant manager (m/w/d), chemist (m/w/d) or plant engineer (m/w/d), whereby a further training as a technician or master is desirable. Ideally, you have several years of experience in a comparable position, bring a high technical understanding and are ready to work in shiftwork. You are characterized by a high degree of reliability, sense of responsibility and an efficient, solution-oriented way of working. A pronounced hand-on mentality and enforcement capability are your profile as well as the willingness to constantly acquire new technical knowledge. First experiences in managing employees in a production environment are a big plus and help you successfully coordinate your team.
