Lawyer / Associate Public Procurement Law (m/f/d)

From the start, you work with us in real mandates. Typical tasks are: Consultation of contracting authorities and municipal enterprises in the preparation, structuring and implementation of national and European procurement procedures Creation and verification of award documents, performance descriptions, valuation matrices, procedural letters and contracts Legal support of complex procurement projects, in particular in the fields of IT, construction and planning services, energy, health and municipal infrastructure Processing of legal questions (e.g. choice of procedures, performance determination, suitability and award criteria, order valuation, product specifications, contract changes, cancellations) Support for bidding, complaints, information and documentation Participation in audit procedures and strategic advice in disputed procurement situations Close cooperation with experienced lawyers: both from consulting and tax advice Early integration into mandate work, client communication and the further development of our legal consulting portfolio

You've completed your state exam on average. Ideally, you have over one to three years of professional experience in procurement law or in public business law as a lawyer/legal attorney. You enjoy demanding legal work and understand economic, technical and municipal relationships. You work precisely, structured and responsible and keep an overview of complex projects. You want to check award procedures not only abstractly legally, but actively participate – from conception to award. Team spirit, self-initiative and communication strength characterize you. First experiences with contracting authorities, municipal companies, IT contracts, construction and planning contracts or funding/aid questions are a plus, but no prerequisite. You want to develop professionally and build your own legal consulting profile in the medium term.
