System Administrator (m/f/d)

Ensuring, optimizing and eliminating media supply (power, HKL, compressed air) and maintaining the value of building substance and technical equipment Administration, extension, maintenance and dissolution of the Siemens Desigo CC building control technology (GLT), including commissioning, expansion, dissolution and optimization of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and compressed air systems Software programming in various programming languages (S5, S7, Colbas, EIB) and parameterization of different bus systems (Profibus FMS-GA, DP, L2-STF, Peer-to-Peer, Ethernet) Implementation of protective relay tests in the 6 kV network, support of medium-voltage systems, network quality and EMC measurements (flickers, transients, harmonics) and setup and management of process data (e.g. energy consumption) Administration of the maximum load optimization system, parameterization of new consumers, management of the interface between building control technology and telephone system as well as the digital alarm server (DAKS), including 24 h readiness

Complete training as a technician:in, master:in or engineer:in the field of electrical engineering, building automation, MSR technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience ( > 5 years) in operation and administration of building control systems (e.g. Desigo CC, Siemens, Honeywell, Kieback & Peter, Sauter) Very good knowledge of measurement, control and control technology (MSR) and sound understanding of bus systems (KNX, BACnet, Modbus, LON) Analytical thinkability, high IT affinity, structured working methods and pronounced problem solving competence as well as ability to capture, plan and effectively implement complex technical requirements Improvisation, self-initiative, readiness for responsibility and flexibility, awareness of detail, team skills and cooperation competence
