Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Object responsibility for the technical installations Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted object Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the employees in the object as well as their deployment planning and control

Technical training as e.g. electronics / energy plant electronics / electrical installer / plant mechanics heating air conditioning sanitation / mechatronics for refrigeration technology or comparable Ideally with first professional experience Further education as a specialist / technician / master / Bachelor in Facility Management / Technical Building Equipment / Supply Technology / HKLS / Refrigeration Technology or Electrical Engineering driving licence class B and at least. Englishlevel C1 Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Planon desirable
