Competent consultation, support and execution of sales calls by telephone, including for new customer acquisition, tariff change, contract extension and optimization Information on products, prices and tariffs Self-employed complaint and complaint processing Collection and maintenance of customer master data Ensuring customer satisfaction and the quality requirements of the client Up and Cross-Selling
