You enter and develop Microsoft Autopilot for automated deployment and lifecycle management of devices. You process Incidents, Service Requests and Changes as part of the 2nd and 3rd level support and ensure high service quality. Analyze and eliminate technical disturbances (trouble shooting) in operating systems, applications, terminals, M365 clients and workplace systems. You use ServiceNow to process, prioritize and document tickets, and support problem and change management. You coordinate and control external service providers:inside for software packaging, software distribution and client operation. You are responsible for software distribution and patch management for clients and ensure compliance. You enter Microsoft Teams Rooms as well as further meeting room equipment and ensure a stable operation. You perform regular system, security and function updates. You support the introduction of new technologies and solutions to further develop digital jobs. You analyze recurring disturbances, identify optimization potentials and guide sustainable improvement measures.
