You promote the development of team members in the field of AIB planning You plan, guide and control the object and structural planning of infrastructure projects in the performance phases 1-7 according to HOAI You coordinate the dispositive organization of the team in coordination with the leadership You set up tender documents, schedules and cost determinations in close coordination with the project team You shape the strategic development of the specialist planning KIB in cooperation with the leadership You take interesting and exciting projects in the field of design engineering structures with a focus on bridges in the performance phases 1 to 7 of the HOAI

You have a completed study of civil engineering with deepening in construction engineering You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the object and structural planning of engineering structures You have extensive knowledge of the relevant building laws, regulations and DB guidelines (e.g. VOB Part B/C, HOAI, BGB) You have a good understanding of the following tools: RSTAB, GGU, InfoGraph, Sofistik, AutoCAD/Revit and MS Office You are interested in independent and team-oriented project work and show loyalty to the team You have a quick understanding and high motivation
