Our Human Resources department consists of seven dedicated areas with many fantastic expert teams and counts over 280 employees: whether HR management, HR service, personnel and organizational development, talent acquisition & Employer Branding, HR systems, HR projects or HR controlling – all teams work hand in hand with the aim of supporting our employees and executives in the branches, logistics and the central office. We are value-added contributors, customer spirits and future thinkers and actively contribute to the development of our company. The job can be taken part-time from 30 hours/week or full-time.

Concept and development: They develop new and optimise existing acquisition diagnostic instruments for the internal and external selection of candidates of different hierarchical levels Moderation: You conduct assessment centers and potential analyses in various business areas Diagnostic expertise: They advise specialist areas individually on diagnostic topics Projects: They accompany and conduct acquisition diagnostic (partial) projects throughout the company (Filials, Logistics and Central) With design: You actively shape the interface to human resources development and introduce your creative ideas Interdisciplinary teamwork: They work in overarching HR projects and are in close contact with colleagues from personnel and organizational development and talent acquisition management

A completed (special) university degree in the fields of psychology, adult education, social sciences, human resources development or comparable courses with corresponding training in the field of aptitude diagnosis They have been able to gain at least two years of professional experience in the design and implementation of property-diagnostic instruments Certification according to DIN 33430 would be desirable Your communicative and open-minded way as well as your safe occurrence will help you to identify the needs of the various contact persons and to get in touch quickly with people from different hierarchy levels If you also distinguish a proactive, well-structured and self-responsible way of working, we should get to know each other!
