Your tasks:

· Implementation of shift plans, production plans and quality objectives

· Creation of procedures as well as the optimization of existing procedures

· Active leadership and coaching of employees (train, initiate, integrate, give feedback)

· Ensuring the availability of raw materials in coordination with purchasing

· Ensuring plant availability in cooperation with maintenance
