Heading and further development of the Information Security and Business Continuity Management team. Development, implementation and monitoring of security policies and procedures to ensure information security in coordination with the SISO. Conduct risk and business impact analyses and security assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements in the field of information security. Planning and implementation of training and awareness-raising activities for employees on information security issues. Development and maintenance of emergency and recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Close cooperation with other departments to integrate security requirements into business processes and to support the company's security strategy. management of third-party risks, including the assessment and monitoring of third-party security standards and practices. Regular reporting to SISO on the status of information security and business continuity management measures.

Complete studies in the field of computer science, business information technology, information security or comparable qualifications. Multiannual professional experience in information security and business continuity management in a leadership position. Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, BSI). Experience in the implementation of risk analyses and the development of safety strategies. Excellent communication and team skills as well as the ability to understand complex issues. Analytical thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented method. Information security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO27001) are advantageous.
