completed training or further training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. technicians, masters or comparable; also electromoneur / installer with professional experience) Experience in the care of building technology or in real estate good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Organizational talent and a structured and independent way of working safe occurrence in the handling of service providers and members economic thinking and a good understanding of maintenance processes driving licence class B
