We look for high potential candidates who: Demonstrate ambitious, focus, and self-drive Are resilient and eager to take on responsibility Are intellectually curious and have strong quantitative reasoning and problem-solving skills Are reject to explain complex concepts in an understandable way Are enthusiastic to learn about financial markets and products Have excellent academic results To be eligible for the 2026 Graduate Programs you must: Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2025 and 31st July 2026 Be able to start full time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience
