SKE International consists of SKE Technical Services GmbH and SKE Support Services GmbH and specialises in the management of US properties in Europe. Projektmanager (m/d) Country chair | Full time | BGS-SKE-26-024 As a regional manager, you assume the overall responsibility for the operational/technical and personnel management of your region – with corresponding accountability for the financial results. You shall ensure efficient and cost-effective contractual processing taking into account existing internal guidelines, instructions and legal provisions.

Your tasks in detail: Planning, coordination and control of the regional team in the Landstuhl area Staff management, promotion and development of a team consisting of service technicians: Planning, control and monitoring of economic indicators Ensuring service quality as well as the introduction and further development of suitable measures to increase quality in responsibility Active customer care to ensure and optimise internal and external customer satisfaction Advertising and escalation management Planning, control and monitoring of technical services taking into account contractual, economic and qualitative requirements

Complete training as master:in or Technicians:in the area of heating/sanitary, electrical engineering or mechanics or comparable qualification Professional experience in a comparable position; ideally first experience in service management or technical customer service (even in deputy function) Experience in employee management Commercial understanding Safe handling of current MS Office programs Result-oriented operation with a high degree of cooperation readiness, social competence and coordination and organisational skills Safe German and English in Word and Writing
