We are looking for a reliable tool mechanic (m/w/d) at the Bremen site, which provides its expertise in the assembly, processing and maintenance of complex tools.

Tool assembly: Professional assembly of individual parts to complex tools and assemblies Tool processing: touching, pulling, reworking and performing precise finishing work on tools Quality testing: Verification of dimensional accuracy, accuracy of fit and functionality of tools and assemblies Fine machining: machining and adjustment of blade taps and performing necessary correction work Tool removal: accompaniment of process of incorporation, tool testing and acceptance Press operation: operation and guidance of presses as part of tool testing and machining Transport and handling: implementation of crane work for safe movement and positioning of tools and components

Graduated vocational training as a tool mechanic (m/w/d), preferably cutting and forming technique, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in tool design, especially in the handling of complex tools and assemblies Knowledge of how to assemble, adapt, touch and rework tools Safe technical understanding and a pronounced quality awareness Forklift license available Basic knowledge of welding is advantageous Self-employed, careful and reliable operation
