Team Leader General Ledger (m/f/d)

Responsibility General Ledger: You lead adesso SE's General-Ledger area and strengthen transparency, reliability and efficiency in the financial organization. Leadership and team development: You are currently running 11 employees including students and trainees and develop team and processes with clear quality focus. Individual completion adesso SE: You are responsible for the complete and punctual production of the individual financial statements and you are working surgically in the final process. Main accounting processes end-to-end: You tax assets, banking accounting, accounting and intercompany voting along the entire main accounting process. Taxes and notifications: You ensure timely sales tax pre-registrations and coordinate summary notifications as well as other legally required messages. Projects and Digitization: You guide technical and system-related sub-projects and promote standardization, automation and digitalization initiatives in the finance sector.

Occupational qualification: You have a further education on accountancy:in or an economics studies with relevant experience in the main accounting. HGB: You have several years of practice in monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and employs existing IFRS knowledge in a situation-oriented manner. Professional finance expertise: You know investment assets, bank accounting, accounting and sales tax obligations such as UStVA and ZM in detail.

ERP and system competence: You work safely with common ERP systems and ideally use SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in everyday finance.

Leadership and project practice: You bring experience in team management or burdensome responsibility in managing finance subprojects.

Language and international strength: You master German very well in word and writing and use your safe English in the international environment.
