The activity of a production employee (m/w/d) offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic working environment and to contribute to the production of high-quality products. Responsibility, team work and efficiency are the cornerstones of this position. The workplace is characterized by varied tasks in production, where care and accuracy are required. Starting with the preparation of materials to quality control, this role includes a wide range of activities.

• Operating and monitoring of machines in production.
• simple assembly work.
• Control of manufactured products according to predetermined quality standards.
• Ensuring a clean and organised workplace.
• Support the team for further tasks to ensure smooth production.

We are looking for

• First experience in production is advantageous, but no requirement.
• Good fine motor technology and skill in handling various materials.
• ready for shift work, including early, late and night shifts.
• Basic knowledge of German communication in the team.
• Team skills and commitment.
