You are the central contact person for our customers with technical questions relating to the function, configuration, integration and application of CAREL products and assist in finding solutions in the aftersales sector. You simulate custom applications to ensure individual technical solutions and first-class customer support. You actively support customer projects and take over their coordination and technical support in the field of software development. You advise and support our customers in all technical matters – from project planning to implementation to commissioning. You prepare technical trainings and workshops for our customers and perform these independently. You work closely with international customers and the departments of our Italian parent company. Local travel within the DACH region and to Italy (approximately 20–30 %) complete your area of responsibility.

Complete training as a mechatronic for refrigeration technology or further training as a state-tested technician or comparable qualification with a focus on electrical engineering or plant engineering. Safe handling of technical drawings as well as electrical switching and current schedules. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation combined with self-initiative, flexibility and team spirit. You bring well-founded knowledge in the control and control technology of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Very good knowledge of German and knowledge of English in word and writing. Experiences with CO2 applications in the field of refrigeration technology are desirable. Joy in communication with customers and ideally first experience in the technical customer environment. Ideally, you already had first contact points with our Carel components and regulations.
