Production employee pre-assembly (m/f/d)

For a leading provider of modern energy systems, we are looking for several production employees (m/w/d) for the pre-assembly sector at the Röthenbach site at Pegnitz.

The components for preassembly of lithium batteries are small and sensitive. Therefore, this activity is particularly important for accuracy, fingering and quiet work. The assembly is carried out at manual, ergonomically designed workplaces. The welding devices used are also compact table devices which can be operated easily after appropriate insertion. The production area is located in a complete new building and offers a very clean, modern and air-conditioned working environment.

• 35-hour week
• Entry-time wage of 20.48 Euro with industry tariff development to 21.06 Euro after six months
• planned takeover after 12 months (IG metal operation)

Your tasks:

• Preassembly of small and sensitive components for lithium batteries
• Length and cutting of cables to the required length
• Dissolving and preparing cables
• Crimping of connectors
• Insert and mount the cables in provided guides
• soldering of cables and components
• Application of silicone and insulation to components
• Component assembly using suitable devices
• Operation of simple, compact welding devices (point welding devices) at manual workstations
• performing visual inspections during and after assembly
• Ensure careful and qualitatively correct processing
