You can move a lot with us: You control the planning and implementation of new and rebuilding measures in the North region. You are planning cost estimates for the individual construction projects according to DIN 276 and performance directories. You create your team from external architects:inside, specialist planners:inside and construction service providers, you will take on the technical control. You not only prepare for the award negotiations, but also conduct them independently. Industry-standard programs are available for this purpose. You take over the construction site monitoring, carry out the acceptance and are responsible for quality and cost control. You represent the interests of the PENNY distribution line to planners: inside, authorities and exporting companies.

You can become part of our team: Your successfully completed technical studies or comparable training/qualification and your interest in sustainable building and business of commercial properties. Your ideally industry-specific professional experience in the construction or the planning and realization of construction projects, ideally in trade. Your safe handling of the current MS Office programs, especially MS Excel. Ideally, you have first user knowledge in MS Project, SAP and/or AVA programs. HOAI and VOB are also a term for you. Your independent, self-responsible way of working, your ability to enforce and your team skills as well as your strong negotiating skills. Your possession of a valid class B licence.
