You carry out comprehensive training for our customers to use OMICRON's partial discharge solutions – with the aim of providing them with security and expertise in handling our technology. You analyze part-load measurement data to identify trends, diagnose problems and derive concrete action recommendations for our customers. First report on the state of the customer operating means based on measurement data from third parties or our monitoring solutions and provide recommendations based on the analysis of the partial discharge data. You offer application technical support and advice for customers and answer questions about our partial discharge and monitoring products. You work closely with our international sales team and support in offerings, customer visits and training.
