Together with the internal automation team, you develop digital solutions that improve process efficiency and quality and increase the positive customer experience You identify automation and digitization potentials and take over the end-to-end process analysis You are a contact person*in for the operational departments and responsible for implementing the solutions You decide together in the team about the respective tool setup for the best possible automation of the entire process You are responsible for the programming and development of automation solutions, using the current RPA tools such as UiPath You develop digital customer touchpoints for efficient customer communication and use tools like e.g. Bsi.cx or Flixcheck Last but not least, you bring your knowledge into our group-wide communities and develop cross-border solutions together in the team
