For our company SteelTec Engineering GmbH, we are looking for an assistance of the building management (m/w/d) in parttime (20 hours/week) for local support at our construction site in Duisburg.

Support for construction and project management as well as the entire construction site team in daily business and in all organizational matters appointment coordination and preparation of meetings Written and telephone correspondence with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and offices Redemption and tracking of orders and control of delivery dates Auditing of invoices Acquisition of permits, for example, at the Trade Supervision Office Access management at the construction site
