In your management function, you are responsible for the medical control and run six employees professionally and personally, in particular by developing the case-accompanying coding and ensuring high medical and nursing coding quality in the hospital and in the MVZ structures In addition, you are responsible for outpatient and outpatient billing and ensure a complete and timely saving by efficient and reliable billing processes. With your expertise, you support strategic performance planning, analyze and evaluate the performance groups in the context of the KHVVG and perform performance, revenue and potential analyses, from which you derive concrete recommendations for action for further development As a competent interface, you work closely with the management and commercial controlling and create transparency for sound strategic and economic decisions through a close-mesh performance group reporting The management of MD management including the opposition and appeal proceedings is also within your responsibility With a view to sustainable structures, you ensure compliance with statutory retention and data protection requirements and drive the further development and digitization of the archiving and medical controlling processes

You have completed training in nursing or approbation, alternatively or in addition, a completed study in the field of health management, health economics, medicine, nursing sciences, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in medical controlling, in the encoding and redemption of a hospital forms the basis of your expertise You are familiar with the latest developments in hospital reform, hospital planning and performance groups and can safely assess their impact on medical and economic performance control As a manager, you will bring multi-year leadership experience as well as expertise in personnel and team development High social and conflict resolution competences combine with communication, negotiation and enforcement strength as well as a pronounced interprofessional understanding
