We're the Sindra. We deliver fast and reliable. Our task is perfect solutions for our production plants. Our focus is on services related to the management, infrastructure and logistics at the Übach-Palenberg site. We operate one of Europe's largest frozen high-bay warehouses.

Application: Product development Location: Übach-Palenberg Job-ID: 18580 Develop innovative formulations with the focus on baking and continuously optimize existing products Create prototypes for customer presentations and perform professional tastings and sensory tests Plane and accompany test and initial productions directly in production and define our high quality standards Support purchasing and controlling in product calculations and participate in audits of our suppliers Promote new technologies and processes in specification management to sustainably strengthen our market position Work closely with interfaces such as production, technology and QS to efficiently achieve the common work goals actively shape change processes such as Opex and establish sound market overviews for your segment

A completed study in the field of food technology, ecotrophology, food processing technology or a qualification as a baker or Technicians Funded application skills and practical skills in bakery A strong business understanding and first experience in project work Ideally experience with Google Workspace as well as basic knowledge in SAP German language skills and good English skills for coordination with partners A pronounced hand-on mentality paired with creativity, initiative and a high service orientation Reliability, teamability and the willingness to occasionally travel to suppliers and customers
