Shift Manager Warehouse Logistics – Incoming / Outgoing Goods (m/f/d)

Operational control: You coordinate daily processes within your layer and ensure smooth operation. KPI Responsibility: You monitor the metrics in the goods receipt, goods exit and inventory sectors and initiate immediate action in case of deviations. Process optimization: Through well-founded causes analysis, you identify vulnerabilities and continuously develop the storage processes. Reporting: You'll first and suggest precise layer and performance reports as the basis for operational decisions. Team leadership: You take over the professional management of your employees and actively support them in the daily business. Interface management: You work closely with the Operations Management, the Inventory Department and the customer interfaces.

Solid basis: Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a specialist in warehouse logistics, as a specialist warehouse (m/w/d) or A. Know-how: You have experience in warehouse logistics and teach (first) leadership practice. IT-Affinity: The safe handling of MS Office and common warehouse management systems are of course for you. Analytical thinking: You understand complex process relationships and can safely interpret operational key figures. Personality: A structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as enforcement opportunities are the key. Soft Skills: You are highly communication-oriented, team-oriented and always keep an overview in a dynamic environment.
