As a staff consultant:in consultation and support regional companies in the Greater Bremen area in the occupation of vacancies and leadership positions in permanent employment You play our diverse marketing tools to generate independent leads and win new clients for themselves From the outset, you build up your own client base, which you care about independently and completely. In the day-to-day operating business, the focus of your activity lies in the implementation of holistic recruiting processes - from the creation of the request profile, the search for staff and selection, to the successful occupation You use different networks and channels to actively address candidates and to inspire them from your positions to be occupied As part of the personnel selection, you will use both classic interviews and other acquisition diagnostic procedures to make a well-founded selection of candidates.
