Manager Compliance & AML (m/f/d) in Renewable Energies part-time 30 hours/week

In this role, you take responsibility for compliance and money laundering issues in a demanding, regulated environment and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your sunny views: Compliance & AML advice: You advise internal stakeholders on compliance and money laundering issues, monitor compliance with relevant requirements and carry out practical internal training. Regulatory implementation & monitoring: You shape feasible requirements, implement legal and regulatory requirements in everyday work and continuously monitor their effectiveness. Policy Management (Compliance & Money Laundering): You develop compliance and money laundering policies, keep them up to date and make sure that changes are communicated and documented in a comprehensible manner. Process optimization & automation: You develop compliance and money laundering processes, identify efficiency potentials and advance their automation in a structured manner. KYC & Sanctions: You carry out KYC and sanction checks for customers and service providers, evaluate vulnerabilities and ensure a comprehensible result documentation. Fund business, audits & authorities interface: You support compliance with regulatory requirements in the fund business and work closely with auditors, supervisory authorities and internal teams – including advertisements/moneys (e.g. BaFin/Bundesbank) and punctual access to the data protection officer, if appropriate to your profile.

Study & technical background: You have a successfully completed study of legal or economic sciences or a comparable subject and have a legal background that allows you to safely handle complex regulatory issues. Professional experience in the regulated environment: You bring several years of professional experience from a company's compliance, money laundering or legal department in the regulated environment and know the practical requirements for effective control and governance structures. Regulatory expertise: You have well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal and supervisory frameworks, in particular in financial and supervisory law (e.g. KWG/WpIG, MiFID, MaComp, MaRisk, GwG), and keep your knowledge up-to-date. Analytical Strength & Implementability: You analyse complex regulatory requirements and documents in a structured manner, derive concrete action needs and translate legal requirements into practical solutions for the company. Communication & Stakeholder Management: You communicate clearly, confidently and addressably with internal and external stakeholders – including supervisory authorities – and convince by liability and expertise. Project management & language competence: You bring project management skills as well as interest in coordinating cross-departmental projects, in particular in the introduction of new processes and guidelines, and have excellent knowledge of German and very good English.
