For over 65 years, the Kroschke Group has been offering its customers services for vehicle registration. In addition to the license plate creation and the actual car registration, this includes numerous additional services such as the transfer of vehicles and the creation and secure storage of vehicle documents – always supported by smart self-developed IT solutions. In addition to our headquarters in Ahrensburg, we have a dense branch network throughout the federal territory, which is unique in our industry.

We not only take private persons the time-consuming process of vehicle registration, but also support companies that have regular needs for services around the vehicle. These include car houses, used car platforms, leasing companies, car sharing providers, vehicle manufacturers, insurance companies and banks and companies with their own fleets. This makes work as varied as challenging. The activities in our home are as diverse: from the seller*in part-time in one of our branches to highly specialized IT developers, with us every personality finds its place.

You process and book accounts of all the companies of the Kroschke Group You clarify and check payment inputs (incl. banking reprocessing) You enter our customers (writing change, complaint processing, refund) Account clarification and voting (debitoral and subject accounts) is one of your tasks You create manual payments as well as payment runs and process debits You support in receivable management You provide support for the monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB You work with cross-company projects and support in process design

You have a completed commercial training You have already gained experience in finance and accounting and have a well-founded accounting knowledge You benefit from your good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and have acquired first knowledge in SAP (module FI) Through your structured work you always keep an overview even with high work volume You stand up for service-oriented and friendly, like working in a dedicated team and looking beyond the edge of the plate
