Customer support with heart: You are the first point of contact for our specialist retailers. By telephone and e-mail, you will assist them in providing advice and help colleagues in the field service for a smooth process. Your know-how counts: You check incoming orders on their technical feasibility and clarify open questions with our customers and colleagues in Italy. Your opinion is in demand, your ideas are heard!

A completed commercial training or a completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electronics, technical designers, technicians, etc.) – Main thing, technology is thrilling you! Experience in the sales service or in technical customer consulting? Super, but not a must – we are also looking forward to cross-comers:inside with willingness to learn. You convince with communication strength and empathy, adapt flexibly to different interlocutors and have English skills – ideally complemented by Italian. Your own initiative, team spirit and a safe handling of the PC are of course for you.
