Become a Operations Manager (w/m/d) in the Team Fahrzeughandel Part of Mercedes-Benz Heritage GmbH This is expected • Coordination and, if necessary, control as well as optimisation of commercial and operational processes in vehicle trade • Ensuring economic results, high process quality and excellent customer, partner and supplier support in the national and international environment • Processing of customer requests and escalation cases • Accompanying customer orders • balancing customer-oriented solutions taking into account the cost-effectiveness in coordination with team management • Check payment risks (e.g. international payment instruments such as accreditation) • Contribution to good customer support and customer retention in the premium segment • Selection and control of service providers and partners (e.g. for repair work) • Classification of performance, costs and possible risks • Voting conditions and discounts within defined frameworks • Commercial settlement including invoice, payment processing and security

We expect • Completed training, e.g. automobile salesman, merchant/wife in wholesale and foreign trade management, industrial salesman/wife, technical training/mechanics • Based on purchases. Industry • 2-3 years of professional experience • Passion for classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles and basic knowledge of the brand and the company • Very good MS Office knowledge • Self-employed work with high quality results • Understanding customer support and service processes • Basic commercial understanding • Service orientation and helpfulness • Analytical thinking / pragmatic problem solution • Organizational institution • Language: German and English (on B2-/C1-level)
