Programming & Creation: Self-creating, customizing and optimizing CNC programs for multi-axis milling and turning machines (CAD/CAM-based as well as directly on the controller).

Work preparation: tool setup, selection of cutting parameters and setting of optimal production strategies.

Process optimization: Analysis and monitoring of existing production processes to increase the quality and reduction of throughput times.

Quality assurance: Verification of the manufactured precision parts by means of common measuring means and performance of first sample tests.

Interface work: Close cooperation with production, construction and quality department.

Complete vocational training as machining mechanic, precision mechanics, CNC milling machine, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification.

Practical experience in the setup, operation and CAD/CAM programming of multi-axis CNC machines.

Safe handling of common measuring instruments and sound knowledge in quality testing.

Self-employed, structured working, high quality awareness and team skills.
