Analysis & Requirement Management Developing, structuring and prioritizing professional requirements from emergency services practices, control center, specialist areas and other user groups Analyze existing processes in emergency services (including PVS use, patient control, digital touchpoints) Modelling processes, use cases and user journeys Creating clear, implementable specifications (e.g. user stories, process models, professional concepts) Support product development Close cooperation with the product manager in implementing product strategy and roadmap Concrete strategic initiatives (e.g. platform functions, integration video intercom, further development PVS) Preparing professional decision-making and evaluating solution options Interface between technicality and technology translate technical requirements into technically understandable requirements for internal and external implementation partners Vote with software providers, hosting service providers and other partners Accompanying implementations, tests and technical acceptance Quality assurance & operation Ensure that developed solutions meet the technical requirements Support for stabilisation and further development of ongoing operations Identify optimization potentials in existing systems and processes Regulatory integration Consider data protection, data security and regulatory requirements in the requirement definition Close coordination with the relevant departments (e.g. compliance, data protection, IT security)

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, computer science, healthcare or comparable qualification At least two years of experience in requirement management, as a business analyst or in a comparable role Experience in handling complex IT system landscapes and interfaces Knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN), requirements engineering and ideally agile working methods Experience in health care (e.g. PVS, KIS, eHealth, Telemedicine) of advantage Strong analytical and conceptual skills Structured, precise and solution-oriented operation Ability to formulate and convey complex facts in a comprehensible manner Communication strength in handling different stakeholders High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
