Independent building technology: You carry out your own maintenance tasks, including maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs and renewals on buildings, rooms, components, parts of building technology, as well as on external surfaces – including elevators and winter services. Legal documentation: You receive interference and maintenance reports, process them reliably and document the actions carried out legally. Regular system control: You regularly control the state of the technical installations and carry out technical tours for early detection of defects. Structured service provider coordination: You include external service providers, accompany them during execution and take over the acceptance of the services provided. Active project work: You actively contribute to projects and the energy management team and support the collection and evaluation of energy data.

You have successfully completed training as a violin or master in a craftsman's profession and brings several years of practical professional experience. You have well-founded knowledge of relevant technical regulations and a class B licence. You have good computer skills, especially in MS Office and ideally also in CAFM systems. You have a quick understanding and are able to independently analyze and solve technical challenges. You convince with commitment, team spirit, service orientation as well as the willingness to advance professionally.
