Participation and sustainable process improvement in the global production of spectacle lenses as part of a dedicated team

Analysis and monitoring of operational processes in terms of efficiency, compliance and compliance

Development and continuous maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools for data analysis combined with the implementation of process monitoring tools and technologies, preparation of appropriate training materials and the implementation of causes analyses in process deviations

Identification of bottlenecks and recommendation of appropriate improvements
