Your task area Own production of operating and heating cost accounting for residential and commercial properties including submission of heating cost accounting Final processing of additional cost accounting questions and the implementation of the processing of objections Compilation of additional cost analyses (e.g. benchmarks) Support in the verification and verification of relevant invoices for additional cost accounting Detection and verification of contractual provisions with a view to the reimbursability of operating costs master data processing related to operating costs accounting Creation and verification of acquisitions when owner changes

Business Administration (m/w/d) Professional experience in calculating operating costs Knowledge of operating and heating costs Ideally experience in the creation of additional cost accounting in SAP and/or Yardi Good Excel knowledge System and number affinity
