Field Service Technician (m/w/d)

For over 50 years, our client has been working as an international producer and supplier of added value solutions for the filling and packaging of milk, dairy products, fruit juices and liquid eggs. To expand its business relations in the DACH countries, preferably based in North Rhine-Westphalia, we are looking for you as

● Installation and commissioning of plants and machines ● Implementation of planned maintenance work and performance monitoring ● Provide remote support by phone in case of malfunctions ● Direct support on site if the problem cannot be solved by phone ● Training of service specialists on machines

● Background in electrical engineering or mechanics ● Experience in the provision of technical external services, troubleshooting and repairs on site of electrical/mechanical equipment in the dairy and beverage industry ● Programming of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) ● German citizenship and German mother tongue ● Good knowledge of English ● Ready to travel to 70% (customer visits and support in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and, where appropriate, in other countries outside Europe, as required by the service department in Italy) ● Ability to work under pressure, team-oriented and flexible ● Embossed skills in dealing with customers and self-confident appearance in customer contact
