As Director Operations / Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), you are driving innovations, establishing new standards in tax consulting and auditing, and strengthening cooperation between Afileon Group offices.

You are responsible for supporting a firm group of law firms in the North or East region, acting as a central contact person for their concerns and coordinating measures in your interface function within the Afileon Group and with external stakeholders. In doing so, you identify optimization potentials in the areas of mandate processing, law firm organisation and process control and develop concrete projects for increasing efficiency together with the law firms. You actively participate in the development and introduction of Afileon standards for firm structures, client communication and quality assurance, and convey these practice-oriented in the firms. You define and optimise operational support processes, such as financial accounting, payroll, tax declaration and financial statements. As a change manager, you will support management and employees to successfully integrate changes in working methods and processes. You recognize potential for improvement and initiate workshops on process optimization, quality management and the application of digital tools.

Your technical background includes a degree as a tax advisor (m/w/d). Long-term experience in a tax consulting company, auditing company or firm shapes your professional profile. You have comprehensive knowledge of the digitalization of tax processes and experience with innovative tools for accounting, declaration and reporting. Hands-on mentality is self-evident — You also pack yourself up and take pleasure in redesigning basic firm structures and processes. With persuasiveness, resilience and binding appearance, you will find sustainable solutions in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. For your versatile role, you bring the necessary mobility. Very good knowledge of English and reliable German complete your profile.
