Technical leadership and coaching within challenging development projects Construction, development and optimization of system architectures Responsibility for requirements engineering and requirements management Implementation of risk analyses and structured implementation of risk management Consideration and implementation of regulatory requirements throughout the development process Professional leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary development and project teams Strategic development of platform and product architectures Coordination and cooperation with external development and technology partners System integration, verification and validation support Technical:r Sparringspartner:in for senior engineers, project manager:internal and management Make technical decisions and ensure consistent system design across the entire product lifecycle

Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering, computer science, systems engineering, physics or a comparable discipline At least 5 years of professional experience in Systems Engineering Experience in a senior or lead function with professional responsibility Knowledge in the construction and maintenance of system architectures Extensive experience in requirements management and requirements engineering Knowledge of the risk management of complex technical systems Experience in regulated development environments Safe handling of English-language technical documentation Knowledge of requirements management tools such as DOORS, Polarion or comparable systems Experience in at least two technical disciplines, ideally hardware and software
