Our offer

Your tasks

• Implementation of lock and welding work after construction drawings, production orders or repair instructions in the factory and at the customer on site
• Processing of body and thin sheet parts (edges, straightening, cutting, grinding, joining)
• cleaning and preparation of vehicles and components for damages and repair
• Examination of the parts provided for completeness and accuracy, if necessary Voting on material procurement
• Exchange of fillers (e.g. hydraulic oil, diesel, brake fluid) including professional handling of hazardous materials
• Repair and replacement of damaged components and documentation of defects and work results
• Functional testing of own repairs and notification of remaining deviations
• Travel preparation including material and equipment planning as well as preparation and return of parts not required
• Creation of repair reports, image documentation, proofs of hours and travel expenses
• Support for other specialist departments in prototypes, trials or change
• Implementation of service trips and trips abroad for repairs or supplies

That's what you bring

• Complete vocational training in the metal sector (e.g. locksmiths, welders, construction mechanics) or comparable qualification
• Multiannual experience in welding and maintenance technology
• Safe handling of common welding processes (MAG) and manufacturing techniques
• Technical understanding, careful operation and high self-responsibility
• readiness to travel in Germany and abroad
• Driving license class "B"
