Marketing Manager - Social Media / Content Creation (m/f/d)

We are a regional, medium-sized property owner in family ownership, with a focus on residential and commercial properties in the Großraum Mönchengladbach and left Lower Rhine. Starting from the textile industry with cotton spinning mills in Germany and abroad, the entrepreneurial focus changed to the real estate sector at the beginning of the 1960s.

Today, as a family business in the 4th generation and with more than 60 years of experience in the real estate industry, we create living and working spaces for thousands of people, are important partners for politics, business and social associations and shape the image of the city of Mönchengladbach in many places.

As a stockholder, we focus on the management and development of residential and commercial properties in our own possession and continue to expand continuously through purchase and project development. Together with the management, you actively promote the development and strategic development of our social media channels as well as further marketing channels You design, plan and control the content for our social media channels Together with the management, you are responsible for the entire content process from Ideation to Posting & Tracking You take our social media channels autonomously and continuously develop them in terms of reach, interaction and brand perception You develop a system to analyze and optimize our social media activities You coordinate external service providers and ensure the high-quality implementation of all marketing measures You identify new marketing trends, digital tools, and AI-based applications and integrate them into our marketing processes You work in close cooperation with the management on all strategic marketing issues You significantly shape the construction and further development of the personal brand of the management

You have a successful degree in marketing, communication, media sciences, business management with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification You bring professional experience in marketing, ideally in digital marketing, social media or a similar area with You have a strong sense of targeted content and modern marketing strategies You think strategic, trade pragmatically and implement ideas independently and targeted You are strong in communication, you can inspire people for your ideas and work across areas You not only have a good sense of visual design and are creative, but you also enjoy social media platforms as well as current trends and formats in digital marketing You work independently, structured and analytical and draw your attention through a high degree of initiative, care and reliability You enjoy building new structures, developing processes and actively shaping changes You use AI-based applications like ChatGPT, Claude or comparable tools of course (maybe have already programmed a skil) You have good knowledge of image and video editing with Canva, CapCut or similar programs You have well-founded knowledge in MS Office applications You live in the area of Mönchengladbach to be available on site for content production
