General responsibility for the development and implementation of the data analytics strategy, including regular dialogues with the board and various stakeholders: in all areas of radio Responsibility for the development and implementation of key sectoral measures of the strategy, from the promotion of analytics transformation and the development of a governance framework to the measurement and increase of the use of analytics solutions Creation of ideas, prioritization, testing and imple­mentation of data-driven (gene) AI solutions to improve decision-making in the enterprise, in particular the integration of analytical solutions into the existing infrastructure Development and development of the central IT operating infrastructure for pricing and analytics Functional responsibility for the provision and further development of the central data set for pricing and analytics applications in close cooperation with the central data-platform team Professional and Disciplinary Leadership of the Central Data Analytics Team

Successfully completed studies of in­formatics / Mathematics / Natural Sciences with strong interest in in infor­mation or equivalence Strong strategic and visionary thinking to develop long-term goals in a technology-oriented environment High determination and focus on implementation Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals Work experience and project experience in the field of data analytics and/or BI environment, ideally in an (industrial) insurance company, excellent analytical skills and rapid presentation in complex situations Excellent communication, team and coordination skills for effective cooperation with different stakeholders: Strong initiative and commitment, entrepreneurial thinking and enforcement Very good knowledge of English in word and writing as well as pleasure in working in an international team No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
