Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)

Excellent service and advice: Through your competent advice, you provide a positive customer experience – whether by telephone, in writing or in a personal conversation. Sales with added value: You recognize customer needs and offer the right rates and services targeted – always with a view to the long-term satisfaction of our customers. New customers win: You are proactively approaching potential customers and inspire them on the phone of our energy solutions and our service quality. Interface care: You carefully maintain customer master data and help us constantly optimize our service processes to further increase our quality standards.

Experience: You bring a commercial training and ideally experience in customer service. You work safely with digital media, MS-Office & maybe even SAP IS-U. Service gene: You are strong in communication, have a pronounced service gene and real pleasure to advise customers individually and actively. Also in challenging situations keep a cool head, stay solution-oriented and service-conscious. Inspiring: Your goal is not only to answer questions, but to inspire customers. A friendly, professional and winning appearance is of course for you. Strong sales: You are targeted, convincing and have a sense of the right moment in the sales talk. Team Player: You feel comfortable in the team and are flexible in terms of your working hours.
