Development of the authority hotline 115 as a central citizen service in Thuringia Control and further development of the central online service “Reality Finder” including interface management Coordination of cooperation with departments, municipalities and other partners Editorial preparation and structuring of digital administrative services in the competence finder and form service Analysis and optimization of administrative and service processes in the context of the authority number 115 Conception and implementation of measures for the further development of civil service Participation in national and national working groups on the authority number 115 Creation of concepts, guides and documentation Planning and implementation of workshops, training and information events Processing of technical enquiries and support for operational operations Construction, control and further development of CallCenter 115
