Our Renewables team for the South-DE region is looking for you!

Construction, extension and management of the regional PV area acquisition team in the defined areas in the south of Germany, from the green area to the start of planning of the FFPV plant and support to the construction maturity (RTB) or commercial commissioning You independently coordinate the processes from initial contact with property owners, site assessment and contractual agreements You have relevant professional experience in area acquisitions, ideally as team leader You understand the interests of your company to represent, but to integrate the interests of stakeholders You have the ability to convince your team as well as external stakeholders to work together You represent our company to the outside, at trade fairs, municipal appointments, information events and external stakeholders

You have a completed training or a comparable qualification You have collected at least 5 years of experience in the area security and development of ''renewable energies' or other construction projects in the (construction planning) outdoor area in Germany, ideally in a team management position You are ready to live modern leadership approaches and are able to motivate your team even in difficult situations with high workload. You have contacts or a strong network, not only in the field of ''renewable energies'', but also to farmers, municipalities or property administrations or other actors, especially in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Thuringia and Hesse You are strong in communication and meet the right sound both in conversation with external partners and internal voting Traveling willingness is of course for you to assist your team in securing space on site
